Join 8 other like minded individuals who are inspired to live a life with less fear. Fear can stifle people to live their best life. We will delve into the book Fear:Essential Wisdom for Getting Through The Storm by Thich Nhat Hanh.
This group will meet once a week for 6 weeks. The purpose of these book groups is to help one another understand and interpret the authors concepts and make an effort to apply this knowledge over the 6 weeks to our every day life. This group will challenge you to overcome some of your deepest fears so you can live life the way it was meant to be lived.

Reiki: is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes overall well-being. Reiki practitioners April Hannah and Victoria Harris.
Yin Yoga: is a passive style of yoga that targets deep connective tissue and fascia, rather than muscle. By holding seated poses for an extended period of time, greater flexibility and improved range of motion are achieved. Yoga instructor Karen Radley.
Therapeutic music: is used to promote emotional, mental, social and physical balance. Therapeutic Musician, Dennis Dominick.
A full body, mind and spirit energy healing using Reiki, essential oils, sound vibration, therapeutic music and vibroacoustic therapy all in one session!

A new women’s wellness series will be announced this Spring!
We will explore different topics about women’s wellness. Each class will target issues related to self love, building self esteem and how this relates to our world of work, money and relationships. There will be a different topic chosen each week. The goals of this women’s wellness series are to increase confidence, self esteems, connect women with the powerful person within and bring your mind, body and soul into alignment.
If you have always wanted to learn how to meditate or are just finding it difficult to find the time and space to fit it into your busy schedule, this group allows you the opportunity to enter into the quiet space and stillness in between the thoughts. The participants will be taken on a journey with a guided meditation and live vibroacoustic therapy music. A portion of the time will be left for silent meditation to allow participants to bask in a lovely and relaxed meditation state. This meditation series is for all levels, beginners, intermediate and experienced. No prior meditation experience needed.

This training will consist of a level 1 Reiki Certification Training Course in the Usui System of Natural Healing.
Each student will receive a Reiki training manual, certificate of completion and gift of appreciation to begin their Reiki practice.
Reiki level 1 is a gift you can give to yourself or others. You do not have to intend to open a Reiki practice to take this training, however, the training and certificate you receive will allow you that option should you choose to pursue Reiki further. If you are interested in taking this training please email me and I will add you to the next group training.
