8 Week Women’s Wellness Series: Loving yourself and the body you live in

This 8 week course is designed to increase self esteem, develop body confidence and uncover some of the emotional and behavioral patterns that are connected to women’s body image, the food they eat and struggles related to weight.  This program will require the participant to make an 8 week commitment to themselves and to complete this course from beginning to end.  This course will entail at least 2 hours a week dedicated to required reading, journaling and homework exercises outside of the 3 hour class each week.  This course is calling all women 21 and older who are ready to dedicate and commit to 8 weeks of intense emotional, spiritual and behavioral work.

Dates and Times: May 4, 11, 18, 25, June 1, 8, 15 22 Monday’s 6pm-9pm
Self health investment:
$240.00/$30 per class (payment plans accepted but tuition must be paid in full before the first class and tuition is non-refundable)
Registration: $50 non-refundable deposit required to hold your space by April 17, 2015.  20 participant maximum.
Time Investment: 5 hours per week for 8 weeks. Classes will be held from 6:00pm-9:00pm and a minimum 2 hours a week dedicated to reading and homework assignments.

Required Textbooks: A Course in Weight Loss and The Tapping Solution  (These books are not included in tuition fee.  You may purchase these books on your own or have the instructor order them for you and additional cost of books will be added to the $240 tuition.  These books can be found new and used on Amazon for a variety of prices. Hardcover preferred vs. virtual/kindle books.)

Classes will include a blend of discussions of required readings, meditation, gentle yoga, learning Emotional Freedom Tapping techniques and group counseling.

Meditation Monday’s

If you have always wanted to learn how to meditate or are just finding it difficult to find the time and space to fit it into your busy schedule, this group allows you that opportunity to  enter into the quiet space and stillness in between the thoughts.  The participants will be taken on a journey with a guided meditation and live vibroacoustic therapy music and left for a portion of the time to bask in a lovely and relaxed meditation state.

Reiki Level 1 Training

Training consists of:
Monday 6pm-9pm
Friday 6pm-9pm
Saturday 10am-2pm

Tuition $250

This three day training will consist of a level 1  Reiki Certification Training Course

Each student will receive a Reiki training manual, certificate of completion and gift of appreciation to begin their Reiki practice.

Reiki level 1 is a gift you can give to yourself or others.  You do not have to intend to open a Reiki practice  to take this training, however, the training and certificate you receive will allow you that option should you choose to pursue Reiki further.

If you have always wanted to try Reiki or have had Reiki in the past and loved it but are a little strapped for cash and time then this is the perfect Reiki session for you!

Sessions are 30 min long and cost $20. Please wear comfortable clothing. Sessions will begin 9am-1pm.   When registering please indicate the time that will work best for you:
